F :  This is Linda Parker.

F :  I'm at home and my mother just had an accident!

M :  What happened?

F :  She was going down the stairs and she tripped.

F :  What should I do?

M :  Okay, just let her stay where she is

M :  And put a blanket around her to keep her warm.
